One-off Modernist House
Inspired by early 20th century abstract artists such as Maholy-Nagy, this entirely new, large garden offers balance and proportion to a unique modernist country house.
A large water feature straddling two levels and an avenue of amelanchiers , create two asymmetrical spines moving away from the house. As a counterpoint the curved large-scale perennial garden offers pathways through and softens the wider garden.
A large, bespoke veg garden with beautifully made wooden raised beds creates a practical corner.
