Lust for life
RHS Chelsea Flower Show
Inspired by the seminal Iggy Pop song, ‘Lust for Life’, this small show garden for the Children’s Society took the syncopated rhythm of the song, and manifested in its water arc.
The garden had a dynamism reflecting the Charity’s desire to harness the innate energy and promise of childhood; to give opportunity to all children, whatever their background or disadvantages.
Featuring a sculpture by Oliver Barratt, planted mounds of white Dianthus and an architectural framework of Portland stone.
